Our licensed home inspectors offer convenient new construction inspections six days a week (Monday through Saturday) from 7 am to 5 pm. We’re thorough in all our work, and we’ll make sure you know of any needed repairs or defects so you can have them taken care of by the builder. Our team has the knowledge and experience to know what is a “material defect” and what can be easily fixed or addressed, and we take the time to explain each of our findings with you, so you know exactly what you’re dealing with.
It’s also a good idea to have your new home inspected as you come to the end of your builder’s warranty. This will allow you to bring any issues to the builder while the home is still covered by the warranty, sometimes saving you hundreds and thousands of dollars in repairs.
